At Bambi’s, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and full refunds on all orders within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply email our support team at Therealbambisstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a free prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges

Need a replacement instead? We’re happy to exchange your item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
